Is the demo a real restaurant?
No. "Lao Chengdu Hot Pot" is a demo we built so you can experience what it feels like for your customers to call your restaurant after you install AflameAI. Leave your number and the AI calls you back as this restaurant. The restaurant name, dishes, and price ranges are all for demonstration.
Can the AI place a takeout order for the customer on the call?
No. The AI isn't connected to your POS, and placing an order directly risks an "order confirmed but the kitchen never got it" situation. The way we designed it: the AI records the customer's takeout intent (dishes + contact info + delivery address) and pushes it to your front desk by SMS or email. A real person confirms it's in stock and can be made, then places the order and calls the customer back. Nothing is lost and nothing slips.
Will the reservation AI mess up the seating chart or jam up my front desk?
No. The AI only collects reservation intent (time + party size + name + phone). It doesn't assign tables or commit to a specific table. Every reservation is pushed to the front desk, where a real person checks the actual booking chart, seats accordingly, and confirms by text or callback — a closed loop within 5-10 minutes.
Can the AI really understand Cantonese / Taishanese?
