Stop making visitors hunt for answers. Text or voice — they ask about products and pricing, leave their name and phone, and it's all handled. Late nights, weekends, holidays: your site never closes.

Not sure what to say? Try one of these
Click through different scenarios to hear how the AI answers questions on your site, captures what a customer needs, invites a human advisor in, and checks an order's status.
Not a little chat bubble — a sales rep and support agent that's online around the clock.
Late nights, weekends, holidays — when a visitor shows up, the AI catches them instantly. Common questions answered in seconds, so nobody has to dig through your site for an answer.
Type if you want to type, talk if you want to talk. Visitors tap the mic and have a lifelike voice conversation with the AI — five voices to choose from, calm, professional, or warm, matched to your brand.
Not a generic template. Feed it your products, pricing, service areas, refund policy, and case studies, and the AI answers from your own business — not boilerplate scraped off the web.
High-intent customers, complex questions, frustrated callers — the AI decides on its own whether to pass them to a person. By then it has already collected the name and phone, so no lead slips away.
Slow typists, people who don't like talking, anyone in an office where they can't speak up — giving them a choice is more comfortable than forcing one way.
For office settings, quiet places, or visitors who'd rather not speak out loud
For complex questions, visitors who want quick answers, and people who hate typing
The common thread: lots of repeat questions from visitors, and answering them one-on-one by hand gets exhausting.
Law firms, accounting, consulting, med spas — what visitors most want to know is “can you do my thing, how much, and how long.” The AI answers, then collects the name and phone on the way out.
Cleaning, repairs, restaurants, tutoring — the repetitive questions (hours, address, quotes, do you come on-site) get asked dozens of times a day. The AI handles all of them.
Returns policy, shipping times, product specs, stock — the AI watches the store 24 hours a day, so a late-night buyer doesn't have to wait until the next morning.
First-visit questions, insurance, scheduling — the AI screens patients first: urgent cases go to a human, routine ones get booked and logged, and the front desk stops answering the same question over and over.
No need to rebuild your site — just add one snippet of code.
Product info, price lists, refund policy, common questions, case studies — just send over whatever you already have. No need to neatly organize it first.
We structure it into knowledge the AI can use, set up the handoff rules, the fields to collect, and your brand voice. Usually done in 3–5 business days.
Drop in one snippet of code and a text + voice entry point appears in the bottom-right. No need to rebuild your site — just add a script.
We review real conversations, regularly add to the FAQ, refine the scripts, and tune when to hand off to a human — going live is the starting point, not the finish line.
Visitors come from your website and the AI website assistant catches them; customers call in and the AI phone reception catches them. The names, phone numbers, request summaries, and intent tags from both sides flow into the same dashboard — nobody missed, no duplicates. Bundling the two costs less in setup than doing each separately.

Multi-site, CRM integrations, and private deployment vary too much for a single price to be accurate. We start with a 30-minute discovery call, then propose a plan and quote.
Three tiers map to different amounts of launch work. The knowledge base, the embedding, the scripts, the dashboard — an engineer configures all of it to your actual site and business, not batch-generated from a template. That's why the three setup fees differ.

Why this isn't a “here's a JS snippet” service
Cheap AI live-chat services do exist, but the vast majority skip the “engineer steps in” part — what you get is an embed snippet and a knowledge-base form, and you fill in the content, wire it to your site, and tune the scripts yourself. The table below is the key difference.
| What's configured | Aflame AI | Template services out there |
|---|---|---|
| Knowledge base | An engineer organizes your products / pricing / FAQ / refund policy | You get a form / folder and upload the PDFs yourself |
| Site embedding | We wire it up for you, working across multiple page locations | You get a snippet of code and have to embed it yourself |
| Multilingual | Scripts configured separately for Mandarin, Cantonese, and English — not machine translation | Usually English only, or stiff machine translation |
| Human takeover | Telegram + email notifications, take over the conversation anytime | You can only review logs afterward, no way to jump in manually |
| Data dashboard | Conversation volume / lead-capture rate / intent breakdown, all visualized | Just the raw conversation logs |
| Post-launch tuning | We review real conversations to add FAQs and refine scripts (monthly on Premium) | Done at launch, left untouched by default |
| Training cost | Included in the monthly fee | Usually billed separately |
| Results guarantee | Not happy within 14 days of launch? Free reconfigure first; if it still falls short, your first month is refunded | Usually no refunds / locked into annual billing |
14-day satisfaction guarantee
Within 14 days of launch, if the AI's conversation quality doesn't meet the standard we agreed on, we re-tune and reconfigure it for free first; if it still falls short after that, we refund your first month's fee. The one-time setup fee and any overage usage already consumed are non-refundable, as they cover work already delivered or capacity already used.
Usually 3–5 business days. You just hand us your existing FAQ, product handbook, price list, and refund policy — no extra prep needed. The training cost is included in the monthly fee; we don't charge separately for it.
The voice side uses a model that sounds close to a real person — the response speed, pauses, and being interruptible have all been tuned. Most customers only care whether their question gets solved and won't go out of their way to tell. But we don't hide it either: the AI introduces itself with “Hi, I'm XX's website assistant.”
Conversation content stays in your own dashboard and is never used to train public models. The names and phone numbers visitors leave are pushed straight to you via Telegram or email — we don't resell them or profile your customers. Private deployment is available if you need it.
By default it embeds on your website (text + voice). If needed, it can also connect to Telegram and email auto-reply — so visitors get caught wherever they come from.
Two ways to handle it: (1) Live handoff — if an agent is online, the conversation routes straight to a human; (2) Capture and call back — the AI collects the name, phone, and a summary of the question, and your team calls back the next business day. The exact rules are configured to your team's rhythm.
Yes — and the Premium plan includes script tuning every month. After launch we review real conversations, and whatever the AI gets wrong, can't answer, or customers keep asking, we add it to the knowledge base. It gets better the more you use it.
Leave your name and contact info and we'll reach out within one business day — we assess first, then quote.
