We read your business details, reviews and visibility data to display them in your dashboard. We don't edit your profile. Updates are prepared by us and each one is posted only after you confirm it — never automatically. AI only drafts reply suggestions and never posts on its own — each reply goes to Google only after you confirm it.

FAQ
Will AflameAI reply to Google reviews automatically?
No. New and unanswered reviews are flagged in your dashboard, and AI can draft a reply suggestion that you edit or replace with your own words; once you confirm, AflameAI posts it to Google through Google's official API. Whether and how to reply is up to you, and AI never posts anything on its own. AI reply suggestions are included in the $49/month plan at no extra charge.
How soon will I see a new review?
Connected locations are usually checked about every 30 minutes, and new reviews are flagged “New” in your dashboard. This isn't real-time, and timing can lag depending on when Google updates its data. Alerts currently appear in the dashboard only — no texts or emails.
Can you remove a negative Google review?
No — we can't, and neither can any other provider. Only Google decides whether a review from a real customer is removed. If a review violates Google's policies (spam, off-topic or abusive content, for example), you can report it on Google and Google will review it. For a genuine negative review, a timely, professional reply does more good: future customers will see how you responded.
Can I ask only happy customers for reviews?
We don't recommend it. Google's review policies don't allow selectively soliciting positive reviews, or offering discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews. The safer approach is to invite everyone the same way: put your review link or QR code where every customer can see it.
How do I get more genuine Google reviews?
Make leaving a review easy. Ask in person when the job is done, send customers your review link, or put the review QR code on your counter, business cards and receipts — from there they continue to Google to leave an honest review. Invite every customer the same way and reply thoughtfully to the reviews you already have. We provide the review page, link, QR code and print card, but we don't promise a specific number of reviews or a higher rating.
Do I need to give you my Google password?
No. You connect on Google's own authorization page and simply approve access — we never see your password. You can disconnect anytime from your dashboard or remove access in your Google Account's third-party app settings.
Will you change my Google Business Profile?
No. We read your business details, reviews and visibility data to display them in your dashboard. We don't edit your profile (name, address, hours and so on). Only two things are ever posted to Google, and each one needs your confirmation: review replies and updates. Any profile changes are still made by you on Google.
How are Google Business updates posted?
You send photos or short videos from the Google Business page of your dashboard, with an optional note (for example “new menu”, “finished project” or “this week's event”). We pick what fits and turn it into an update, then send it to you by email and in your dashboard. What you open is exactly what will be posted; it goes to your Google Business Profile only after you confirm, or you can tell us what to change. Up to 2 updates a month, included in $49/month and $99/month at no extra charge. When it fits, an image update can include one button (Learn more, Book, Order online, Buy or Sign up) that links to your own website; we decide based on the content, and before it's posted you see the button type and the full link and confirm. The update text itself has no web address or phone number — your profile already shows those. Videos can be up to 30 seconds and 75 MB, at 720p or higher. Not every item you send will be used; whether and for how long an update is shown is decided by Google, and we don't promise reach or rankings.
Why aren't the visibility numbers from today?
Google's reporting usually lags a few days. We show the latest complete 28-day period and label it “Data through [date]” rather than showing incomplete numbers.
Can you guarantee better rankings on Google or Maps?
No. How and where you appear on Google Search and Maps is decided by Google, and no provider controls that. We help you see your profile, reviews and visibility clearly so you can act on them.
What's the difference between $49/month and $99/month?
$49/month is Google Business Profile & Review Management: profile status, new-review monitoring, AI reply suggestions, posting replies after you confirm, your review page and QR code, and Google visibility — tools and automatic monitoring you use in your dashboard — plus up to 2 updates a month that we prepare and post after you confirm. SEO & AI Search Visibility at $99/month includes all of that, plus ongoing website SEO, local search (regular profile checks and help with updates) and AI search visibility basics from our team. You choose one of the two; you can upgrade from $49 to $99 anytime and only pay the prorated difference.
What if I don't have a Google Business Profile yet?
You'll need to create one and pass Google's verification first. Grow ($909) and Automation ($1,399) websites include setup as one-time build work; otherwise choose “I need a new profile” when you sign up — setup is a one-time $299, charged only with the first payment and never again, even if you upgrade.
I have several locations. Can I manage them together?
One dashboard connects up to 5 locations, which you can group by brand or hide. Both the $49/month and $99/month plans include 1 managed location: review monitoring, AI replies, Google visibility and the review page are turned on for that one, and other locations show basic details only. For multiple managed locations, contact us.
Is AflameAI affiliated with Google?
No. AflameAI is an independent service provider with no affiliation, partnership or certification from Google. With your authorization, we read your own Google Business Profile data and show it in your AflameAI dashboard.
What happens to my data when I disconnect?
We revoke the authorization with Google, clear the access tokens, and delete the profile snapshots and review records for that connection's locations. See the “Google Business Profile connections” section of our Privacy Policy for details.
