Built into your AI staff

After the call, after the chat —
every lead gets followed through.

Phone, web chat, lead form — once a customer leaves their need with you, the AI files name, phone, service type, budget, timing, notes — and pushes them to your phone tagged Hot / Pending / Closed. No more leads dying in a spreadsheet nobody opens.

Included with any AI receptionist plan
Every lead filed within 24h
Hot leads pushed in real time
48h auto-nudge if you forget

Lead Assistant isn't sold separately. Pick any AI receptionist plan and these workflows turn on with it.

Sound familiar?

These are jobs your AI staff should already be doing.

A customer called you, you got busy, forgot to call back — that lead is gone.

Your website chat gathered a dozen inquiries overnight; nobody saw them till noon.

Customers come from phone, web, WeChat, email — sorting them all is a second job.

You have no idea what your staff actually followed up on, or how it went.

What it actually does for you

Not a form. Not a CRM. An AI staff member that files, grades, reminds, and tracks.

Every visit becomes a customer file

Name, phone, service type, budget, timeline, notes — captured during the AI's conversation. Next time the same number calls back, the AI already knows who they are and what was last discussed.

Auto-graded by intent

Asked “how much and when can you start” = hot lead. Asked “what do you guys do” = warm. Just chatting = cold. The AI tags every conversation so you don't have to read transcripts one by one.

Pushed to your phone / Telegram

Hot leads pinged instantly. Regular leads bundled into one 9am morning digest. 48h without follow-up? The system nudges you a second time. No need to babysit a dashboard.

Follow-up results, archived

After you call back or message, mark “closed / pending / not a fit” in one tap. Monthly report writes itself: leads added, follow-up rate, deals closed — what worked, what slipped, in one glance.

One lead, from arrival to closed

You only handle step 5 — follow up and tag the result. AI does the rest.

01

Customer arrives

Phone call, website chat, voice on the homepage, lead form — any inbound channel works.

02

AI greets + captures

The AI receptionist answers their questions and, in the same conversation, picks up name, phone, service type, budget, timing, address, notes.

03

Filed + tagged

New customers get a fresh file; returning numbers match their history. Intent gets graded high / medium / low based on what they actually asked.

04

Pushed to you

Hot lead → instant Telegram. Regular → 9am digest. 48h without follow-up on a hot one → second nudge.

05

You follow up + tag the result

Mark it “closed / pending / not a fit” in the portal. Next time the same lead returns, the AI already knows they're in your pipeline.

06

Monthly report, automatic

No spreadsheet wrangling. Total leads, % hot, follow-up rate, deals closed — delivered as a PDF at month-end.

How does this fit with the AI Phone and Website Receptionists?

The AI Phone Receptionist answers calls and talks to people who dial in. The AI Website Receptionist greets and chats with visitors on your site. Their job: catch the customer, get their need.

The Lead Assistant takes over after that: turns each conversation into a customer file, ranks priority, and reminds you to call back. Without this step, every customer your AI just caught is just a row in a spreadsheet — nobody follows up, the deal slips.

So the three AI staff are a relay, not a menu of choices. Buy any receptionist, the Lead Assistant comes with it — you don't pick it separately.

FAQ

The questions owners actually ask

Q.Is this billed separately?

No. The Lead Assistant capabilities are included in the AI Phone Receptionist and AI Website Receptionist plans — buy any one of those and these workflows are already running. We don't split this out as an add-on.

Q.Will the AI call customers back for me?

Not by default. The follow-up call is your team's job — the AI's job is to make sure no lead falls through the cracks. If you do want AI-driven outbound (e.g., auto-redial customers you can't reach), that's a configurable option inside the AI Phone Receptionist plan, not a separate product.

Q.Where is the customer data stored?

In your own portal at aflameai.com/portal/login, encrypted end to end. We don't sell it, profile it, or feed it to public models. Every customer file links back to the original recording / transcript so it's auditable.

Q.Can leads from WeChat, email, Google Maps come in too?

Yes, no extra charge. Once configured, inquiries from WeChat, email replies, and Google Maps comments all flow into the same lead pool and get the same filing, grading, and reminders.

Q.How do staff use it?

You can open multiple staff accounts in the portal. Leads can be assigned to a specific person; they tag the result when done. You see the full follow-up history at a glance — no more chasing your team for status.

Q.How does the Telegram push work?

We set up a dedicated bot for you, then add it to your team's Telegram. Hot leads ping instantly; regular leads bundle into a 9am digest (time configurable). Don't use Telegram? Email or SMS works too.

Catch the customer first. Then let AI follow them through.
