Terms that apply to use of this website and our services

Aflame AI is a brand operated by HUIWANLI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of California, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “Aflame AI” refer to HUIWANLI LLC.

These terms apply to the products and services provided by Aflame AI through aflameai.com, including AI websites, AI phone answering, automation, and related implementation services.

Social media content service: each social media post includes 2 standard revisions. Beyond that, each additional revision uses 100 AflameAI Credits. A request that only changes the publish time does not count as a revision. Editing the caption (text and hashtags) yourself on the approval page does not count as a revision and uses no Credits; if you edit the caption of a post you have already approved, that approval is voided and the post will only be published after you approve it again. The “AI check & improve” tool on the approval page is free for the first 5 uses per post; after that each use costs 20 AflameAI Credits and can only be used by the account owner while signed in to the client portal. The automatic check that runs when you approve is free. AI pre-publish checks are for reference only and do not represent a platform’s review decision; whether content is allowed is determined by the platform’s actual review and its latest policies. If a single request also involves changes to the copy, images, footage or other content, it counts as one standard revision. A full redo, re-editing, a change of theme, or replacing most of the footage is outside the scope of standard revisions, and any related cost will be confirmed separately.

By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting inquiries, project details, or account-related data.

You may only provide a phone number for SMS communication if you are the owner or authorized user of that number.

You may not use this website or our services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

You may not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, reverse engineer, or improperly access the website or related systems.

If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account through our admin console, you confirm that you are the owner of that account or an administrator authorized by the owner. You are responsible for connecting accounts you are not authorized to manage.

We act on connected accounts only within the scope of the access you granted, and we do not use your accounts or data beyond that scope. You may disconnect at any time in our admin console, or revoke access from Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

You remain responsible for the content published to third-party platforms through our services, including compliance with the Meta Platform Terms, applicable community standards, and applicable law.

Third-party platform APIs, policies, and review outcomes may change at any time, and access may end if you revoke authorization. Any resulting interruption or discontinuation of a related feature is not a breach of these terms.

Our handling of Meta platform data is governed by the Meta Platform Terms. See our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions for what we collect and how to have it deleted.

Aflame AI may allow users to connect third-party accounts, including Google and YouTube, through the platform provider's official authorization process.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Aflame AI to perform only the actions that you approve through the applicable authorization flow and the features you choose to use.

For YouTube publishing features, this may include uploading videos that you approve to your own YouTube channel.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you authorize Aflame AI to publish complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and the applicable third-party platform's terms and policies.

You may revoke access to a connected third-party account at any time through the third-party provider's account settings or through Aflame AI where that option is available.

Aflame AI does not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party API or platform integration, and functionality may be affected by changes made by the third-party provider.

Google and YouTube connections are established through Google's OAuth authorization process. Aflame AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Aflame AI may provide Google Ads campaign creation, optimization, and ongoing management services at your request. This section applies only where you have separately purchased such services.

You own your Google Ads account. The account is registered under your own Google account, and you retain your own direct access to it at all times. We will not ask you for your Google account password.

We provide these services through a Google Ads manager account link. This management relationship takes effect only after you accept it from within your own Google Ads account, and you may remove it at any time. We will not request administrative ownership of your Google Ads account unless separately explained to and agreed by you.

Advertising costs are charged by Google directly to your own payment method. We do not collect, advance, or handle your advertising spend, and Aflame AI does not manage or modify your payment method. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by an expired, declined, insufficient, or suspended payment method.

Our fees are management service fees, separate from advertising spend. Service fees do not include advertising costs and do not automatically scale with them. Amounts and billing periods are as separately agreed between the parties.

No performance guarantee. Impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, and return on ad spend are affected by competition, auction dynamics, seasonality, landing page quality, and Google’s policies and algorithm changes. We commit to ongoing optimization consistent with professional industry standards, but we make no guarantee as to any specific click volume, conversion count, sales result, or return on investment.

You must provide accurate, lawful business information, ad assets, budget instructions, and landing page content that do not infringe third-party rights and that comply with Google Ads policies. You are responsible for consequences arising from content you supply that violates platform policy, including ad disapproval or account restriction or suspension.

Our services are subject to Google’s policies. If Google changes its policies, modifies product functionality, or takes action against your account, we will notify you promptly and assist where we can, but we are not responsible for Google’s unilateral decisions.

Upon termination by either party, you may remove Aflame AI’s manager account link from your own Google Ads account, and we may also remove it. Please note: removing the management relationship does not automatically pause active campaigns, which will continue to incur costs under their existing settings. If you wish to stop advertising, notify us in advance or pause the relevant campaigns yourself.

Separately, you may connect your Google Ads account to the Aflame AI client portal through Google OAuth. That connection is an optional feature used to display authorized account and campaign performance data, and available features may change over time. Authorization and data handling for that connection are governed by the “Google Ads Account Connection” section of our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting it does not affect the management services described in this section, and vice versa.

SEO & AI Search Visibility is a single ongoing service, billed monthly or yearly, covering ongoing website SEO, local SEO, AI search visibility basics, and ongoing management of one Google Business Profile. The website portion depends on our being able to edit your site's titles, structured data and page content; if your site was not built by us and such access cannot be provided, the scope of the website portion will be as agreed between us.

With your authorization, Aflame AI may read your own Google Business Profile to display location status, reviews, new-review alerts and performance data in the client portal, provide the review link Google generates for your location so you can copy and share it, and publish review replies and Google Business updates on your behalf after you confirm each one. This section applies when you sign up for these services or connect a Google Business Profile in the client portal.

You may only connect a Google Business Profile that you own or that its owner has authorized you to manage. You are responsible for any consequences of connecting a profile without proper authorization.

AI reply suggestions: you may generate AI reply suggestions for reviews. AI-generated text is for reference only and may be inaccurate or unsuited to your circumstances; you should review and edit it before use. AI never publishes anything automatically. Reasonable limits apply to the number of AI generations to keep the service stable.

Publishing review replies: by confirming a reply and confirming again in the confirmation dialog, you authorize Aflame AI to publish exactly the text you confirmed, in your business's name, to the corresponding review. We never reply automatically or in bulk and never publish anything without your confirmation of each individual reply; other than review replies and updates that you confirm one by one, we do not publish anything through the connection, and we do not edit your business profile, delete reviews, or edit or delete existing replies. Whether a reply comes from an AI suggestion or is written by you, you are responsible for its content and must comply with Google's content policies and applicable law. Published replies are public; to edit or delete one, do so in your Google Business Profile. Publishing results are determined by Google and may fail or appear with a delay if a review is deleted, already replied to, your permissions change, or Google's interfaces have issues; the client portal will show the actual result. The publishing feature may be made available to customers in stages.

Submitting photos and videos: you may submit photos and videos for your Google Business Profile in the client portal. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the materials you submit (including any required permissions for people, trademarks and works that appear in them), and you authorize Aflame AI to store, process (including cropping, compressing, converting formats and removing capture metadata) and use them for the purpose of providing this service to you. Whether and when a given item is used is at our reasonable discretion; submitting an item does not mean it will be published. Videos must meet Google's requirements (currently no longer than 30 seconds, no larger than 75 MB, and at least 720p); videos that do not are rejected at upload. Reasonable limits apply to each customer's storage space and number of files.

Publishing updates: we use the materials you submit to prepare updates for your Google Business Profile and send them to you for confirmation. By clicking “Confirm and post” on the confirmation page, you authorize Aflame AI to publish exactly the content you confirmed, immediately and in your business's name, to your Google Business Profile; publishing cannot be undone, although the update can be deleted afterwards. We never post automatically and never publish an update without your confirmation of that individual update. Each Google Business Profile may have at most 2 updates published per calendar month (Los Angeles time); this is a maximum, not a guaranteed number, and unused updates do not carry over to the next month. Updates do not include links or call-to-action buttons. You are responsible for the content you confirm, which must comply with Google's content policies and applicable law. Whether, where and for how long an update is shown is decided by Google: Google accepting an update does not mean it will be shown to the public, and we make no guarantee about the display, reach or results of any update. A confirmation link is valid for 7 days from when it is sent; updates not confirmed in time are not published. Preparing and publishing updates is included in the Google Business Profile & Review Management fee and the SEO & AI Search Visibility fee at no extra charge.

New-review alerts currently appear only in the client portal and are not sent by text message or email. Reviews are checked at intervals, and because of Google data delays and API availability we do not guarantee that every review will be detected immediately. Performance data is provided by Google, typically lags by several days, and is for reference only.

We make no guarantee regarding your visibility, ranking, impressions, number of reviews or rating on Google Search or Maps, which are determined by Google.

When you invite customers to leave reviews using your review link, you must comply with Google's review policies and applicable law, including not offering discounts, gifts or other incentives in exchange for reviews, not selectively inviting only customers expected to leave positive reviews, and not posting, buying or soliciting fake reviews.

The SEO & AI Search Visibility fee is $99 per month on monthly billing, or $999 per year on yearly billing; the service is exactly the same either way and includes ongoing management of one Google Business Profile. Yearly billing is a subscription that renews automatically each year at $999; you can turn off auto-renewal anytime before the renewal date, and the service then continues until the end of the year already paid for, with no further renewal. Switching between monthly and yearly billing is arranged by contacting us and takes effect when the current billing period ends; scope and fees for multiple locations are agreed separately in writing. Customers who signed up for Google Business Profile management at the previous price before this update continue at their agreed price. AI reply suggestions and review reply publishing are included in this fee at no extra charge and do not use Credits.

Google Business Profile setup is an optional one-time service for $299 for customers who do not yet have a profile; it is included at no extra charge in the Grow and Automation website plans. Google determines how and when a profile is verified; we will help you through it but do not guarantee that verification will succeed or finish within a particular time. Google Business Profile setup in our website plans is one-time website build work and does not include ongoing management.

Search visibility included with a website plan: one month with Starter, two months with Grow and three months with Automation, starting on the date your website goes live. No payment method is required during this period and it does not convert to a paid subscription automatically; we will notify you before it ends, and whether to continue at $99 per month or $999 per year is your choice; if you start a paid subscription during the included period, billing starts on the day you sign up. The included period has no cash value, is non-transferable and is not extended for periods of non-use.

Features labeled “Coming soon” or “Planned” on our product pages are not yet available and are not a commitment as to timing or scope; whether new features are included in the existing price will be stated at launch.

Aflame AI is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, partnered with, certified or endorsed by Google. The service depends on interfaces provided by Google; if Google changes its policies or interfaces or restricts your account, features may change or be interrupted, and we will notify you promptly and assist where we can.

You may disconnect at any time in the client portal or remove Aflame AI's access in your Google Account settings. Authorization and data handling are governed by the “Google Business Profile connections” section of our Privacy Policy.

Aflame AI may allow users to connect their TikTok accounts through TikTok's official authorization process.

You may only connect a TikTok account that you own or that you are authorized by its owner to manage. You are responsible for any TikTok account you connect without proper authorization.

By connecting a TikTok account, you authorize Aflame AI to perform only the actions permitted by the scopes you approve (user.info.basic, video.publish, and video.upload) and the features you choose to use.

TikTok publishing features may include identifying the connected account, retrieving available creator and privacy settings, uploading draft content, and publishing videos or photos that you explicitly select and approve.

Before content is published, you are responsible for reviewing the selected video or photo, caption, privacy level, and available interaction settings, and for confirming that you approve publication to the connected TikTok account. After you confirm, Aflame AI publishes the confirmed version to that account at the publishing time you confirmed. Any change to the content or settings after your confirmation requires you to confirm again. We do not publish content without your confirmation.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you authorize Aflame AI to upload or publish complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and other applicable TikTok policies.

You must hold all rights necessary for the content you upload or publish, including rights to any video footage, music, audio, trademarks, names, images, and likenesses of individuals that appear in the content.

You may not use TikTok features provided by Aflame AI to upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, spam, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or TikTok policies.

If you use commercial content or branded content disclosure options, you are responsible for selecting them accurately and for complying with TikTok's applicable branded content and commercial content policies.

Use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok's applicable terms, policies, and platform rules. TikTok may independently reject, restrict, remove, or limit the distribution of content, and may restrict features or accounts. Aflame AI does not control TikTok's content review, distribution, or algorithms.

Aflame AI does not guarantee any views, followers, engagement, reach, sales, or other business results from content published to TikTok.

Aflame AI does not guarantee the continued availability of TikTok APIs or features, and functionality may be affected by changes to TikTok's platform, policies, account status, permissions, rate limits, or review requirements.

Aflame AI may suspend or terminate your access to TikTok integration features if you violate these terms or applicable TikTok policies.

You may revoke access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's settings or through Aflame AI where that option is available.

SMS messages will only be sent to users who have explicitly opted in through one of our website forms: the public SMS opt-in form at aflameai.com/sms-opt-in, the checkout page when purchasing a service, or the notification settings inside the authenticated client portal.

You will only receive SMS messages after you have clearly checked the consent box and submitted your information.

SMS communication is limited to inquiries, service updates (including content approval requests and publishing results), appointment scheduling, follow-up communication, and support-related notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

By providing your phone number and requesting a callback, consultation, appointment, support, service information, or other contact from Aflame AI, you authorize Aflame AI, operated by HUIWANLI LLC, to contact you by telephone for the requested purpose and related customer-service communications.

This consent does not authorize unsolicited marketing or cold calls unrelated to your request or existing relationship with Aflame AI.

Website content, branding, design, code, workflow structure, and service materials remain the property of Aflame AI or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially use website content without prior written permission.

Photos, videos, and other source materials you upload remain your property. You grant us permission to use, process, and edit those materials solely as needed to deliver the services you purchased — for example, editing, resizing, and incorporating them into content we produce and publish for you.

Material storage is not a standalone storage service. The upload feature exists to deliver the services you purchased. It is not a backup, archival, or cloud storage service. Please keep your own copies of your original materials and do not rely on us as your only copy.

Retention of source materials. After the corresponding content has been produced and published, we will generally retain the related source materials for at least 90 days so that you can request revisions or reuse during that period. After that period we may clear those source materials in order to control storage costs. Finished content is not subject to this limit.

If you need certain materials retained longer, tell us in advance and we can make separate arrangements. On termination of service, you should retrieve any materials you still need within a reasonable period.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or services at any time.

Where a signed service agreement governs a live client project, that agreement controls over these general website terms.

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by force majeure, infrastructure failure, or third-party platform outages.

This website is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that website content is complete, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Aflame AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of the website or inability to use it.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for third-party content, systems, or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California.
