The business owner authorizes access
A business owner signs in with Facebook and grants AflameAI access to their own Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account through Meta's official authorization flow. Nothing is connected without that explicit approval.
We discover only what was authorized
After authorization we read back the Pages and Instagram business accounts that the user selected during the Meta authorization flow. We do not access assets outside that selection, and we do not ask the user for their Facebook password.
The business manages its channels from one place
From the AflameAI dashboard the owner can publish content, moderate and reply to comments, handle customer messages, and review Page performance across the accounts they connected.
Access can be revoked at any time
The owner can disconnect an account inside AflameAI, or remove AflameAI from their Facebook settings. Once access is revoked we stop using it and the stored credentials for that connection are deleted.

A note on how messages reach the inbox
The product supports Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct message management. Our webhook callback has been verified by Meta, the Page is subscribed to the messages field, and every inbound webhook request is checked against its signature before anything is stored. Production webhook delivery is used when the app is published and approved. While the app is unpublished, conversation data can also be read from the Graph API so the inbox shows real conversations rather than placeholder content.
How we handle Platform Data
Used only to provide the requested service
Platform Data is used only to provide the service requested by the business that authorized access. It is not used for any other purpose.
Users manage their own business assets
Every account connected through AflameAI belongs to the business owner who authorized it. We do not connect or operate accounts on behalf of anyone who has not granted access.
Access tokens are stored securely
Access tokens are encrypted before they are stored on our servers. They are never returned to the browser, never shown to users, and never displayed on any public page.
Access can be disconnected at any time
A business can disconnect AflameAI from inside the dashboard or from their Facebook settings at any time, with no need to contact us first.
Platform Data is never sold
We do not sell Meta Platform Data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or resale.
